As the villa is placed amongst other villas in the Bay; there are several fine restaurants, markets, shops, minimarts, the Boardwalk Marina and a renowned French bakery. Built on two storeys, the villa has large open-air patios upstairs & downstairs - enhancing the outdoor living experience. When entering the villa, you are immedicably greeted by an open-plan living and dining area that invite guest to be sociable, whilst having ultimate ease of access to the garden area. The kitchen in Ashiana Villa is modern and has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Its fully equipped to ensure that you are able to cook up a banquet, unless you want to employ the services of a professional chef. There are five roomy bedrooms that are all furnished tastefully and have air conditioning. Three of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and balcony access, with bedroom four and five sharing a communal bathroom. From within Ashiana Villa, you and your guests will be spoilt by the break taking panoramic views of Marigot Bay…a particular wonder at dusk or dawn. The Villa Ashiana Villa is a 5-bedroom villa, overlooking the bay of Marigot. The exterior grounds are kept in fantastic condition by a gardener, who visits the villa three times per week.
