PRIVATE and EXCLUSIVE LAKE HOUSE

The Lake House is a newly rebuilt farmhouse from 1917 in the middle of the Mazurian nature. Set in more than 70 Ha. of meadowland at the shore of a Lake. Inspired by homes in Canada, the Lake House combines comfort with elegance of a country manor house. The admosphere of Lake House is cosy in a country style, matching the Mazurian environment. The 8.5 meter high living room directly overlooks the lake and is the main room for socializing and entertainment. It has at its center a huge open fireplace to keep the place warm and it opens up to a 80m2 sun terrace overlooking the lake below, just 20 meters away. The large farmer’s kitchen is located next to the living room and is fully equipped with modern appliances. It has a long dining table seating 12 comfortably, and has wooden construction beams decorating the ceiling in country style. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one on the ground floor and one at the lower level. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet and are heated by wood burning stoves. The Lake House has all modern facilities and entertainment for the entire family, including: WIFI Internet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice-machine,, iPod docking, fussball table, 2canoes, baby cot, baby high chair, DVD player, big screen home cinema, soccer field, garden chairs, BBQ, parking, alarm, private beach and more… The Lake House is very privately located directly at the lake front of a non-motoring-lake, which means total tranquility and fantastic nature views.
