Beautiful lakeside lodge with gated decking where you can enjoy your meals waterside overlooking the lake...have barbecues, fish for carp, or sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine. Perfectly safe for small children as the gates are lockable. We are fully equipped for babies and young children....cots, high chairs, toys etc. Set within the Watermark Club, a gated community with 24 hour security, it is safe for everyone, and great for small people on bikes! Master bedroom with en-suite on top floor with 2 single/double bed and TV and super views. Second bedroom with en suite shower room, TV. lovely views over the lake. 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds....we can add a deep mattress topper to make a large double Cots and high chairs available as well as toys, potty, changing mat, steriliser...no need to bring it all with you!. All bed linen and towels are included (not beach towels) / Sitting room has sofa bed, 47' TV with surround sound/DVD Sky+.Sky Sports and Movies and Wifi internet. Kitchen has 2 fridges...1 for food, 1 for drink!...and plenty of crockery/pans, condiments/spices/wok/coffee maker/ dishwasher tablets etc. This is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday...whether you want to explore the many cycle paths around the 130 lakes.. walk along the river banks to find a old pub for lunch, shop in the local towns of Cirencester, Burford, Cheltenham, or just sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine in your hand, and look at the stars!! There is so much to do in the area, and plenty to do at the lodge if you just want to relax. There are games, books and DVD's. and with Sky On Demand, you wont be short of something to watch if the weather is bad. And out around the lake you will find a giant draughts game, a table tennis room, boules, tennis courts, children's playground and rumpus room..... There are many excellent pubs and restaurants in the area. Close by is Cirencester, a delightful town with one of the oldest street markets in the country. Keynes Country Park is near by which is wonderful for sunbathing and swimming. In fact with more than 130 lakes and covering 40 square miles, the Cotswold Water Park offers the widest possible choice of recreational activities.
