1-room-apartment

In this little 35 square meter apartment in Bremen St. Magnus you find a fully equipped kitchen (except microwave, freezer and dish washer), a bath and a balcony. You also have a table / desk with chairs, bed, a red couch, and tv. A washing machine is installed in the cellar with space to dry your clothes. In general, you will find everything you need. I also stay in this apartment every time I am in Bremen so I actually put some effort to make the place nice and cosy. I think the apartment might be ideal for longer stays because you live self-responsibly - if we don't agree on something else. During your stay the apartment is a 100 per cent yours! Even when I am not in Bremen personally, I have my father taking care of the apartment. He will give you the keys and all information needed. You find both our contact details in the apartment. The flat is part of an apartment building, neighbours are nice and calm. You have a little play ground in front of the balcony. You find two banks, post, pharmacy, bakery and a vegetable market in 7 minutes walking distance, to the Jacoby University you walk in 15 minutes. You get to the bus stop "Tannenhof " in 5, to the train station "Schönebeck" in 10 minutes.
