House in Puumala

House of 150 square meters close to centre of Puumala. All the basic facilities. Kanttorila is a wooden house of 150 square meters built in the 1950s. There are two residential floors: the first floor accommodates kitchen, dining room, hall, bedroom, toilet/bathroom, dressing room, bathroom and electric sauna, and the second floor accommodates study, bedroom and two other rooms, one with TV and the other with beds, as well as a toilet. In addition to the residential floors there is also ground floor with a room for the geothermal heat pump, storeroom and a cellar. The yard includes also an outbuilding in which there are garage, wood shed and three storage rooms. The yard area is about 3 000 square meters, and includes field, a small strip of forest and lawn. The house is located few hundred meters from the Lake Saimaa, soi t has a lake view but not its own beach. The house is heated geothermically and with baking oven. Distance to the centre of Puumala is about 1,5 kilometres. The kitchen has baking oven, fridge-freezer, wood stove, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and radio. The washing machine is in the dressing room, and the television is upstairs. There is a wireless Internet connection available. There is a piano in the hall. The house is suitable for about ten people. There are two double beds, one upstairs and another downstairs. Single beds there are five, and also mattresses are available.
