A basement apartment in Garður. The apartment is very close to Keflavik airport and it is just 5 minute drive without any turns from the airport. This is a perfect place for groups or families arriving late at the Keflavik Airport or leaving early in the morning. Perfect for a group of 5 people. There is not a kitchen in the apartment. THE SMALL BEDROOM (3 persons) Has a bunk bed. The lower bed is 140x200 cm and the upper bed is 90x200cm. THE MASTER BEDROOM(2 persons) Has a king-size bed with a memory foam matress. It has a big closet with a mirror, and nightstands. THE LIVINGROOM Has a big couch, table and a projector. The couch can be turned into a double bed if needed but it does take away most of the living room space. The projector is equipped with Netflix and Disney+ THE BATHROOM Comes with a walk-in shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and towels. LAUNDRY ROOM (shared with upstairs family) In our laundry room we have a washer and a dryer our guests can use free of charge. We also have a little refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, tea, pots, pans, portable stove and some tableware for guests in the laundry room. BACKYARD DECK (shared with upstairs family) On our backyard deck we have a hot tub which we can fill for 2000 isk. There is also a BBQ which can be used if the weather is good enough for it. In the summertime we also have a trampoline for the children. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - THERE IS NOT A KITCHEN IN THE APARTMENT! - The house is old so you can expect to hear noise from the upper floor - There is a family with small kids living on the upper floor - On request you can get a baby crib. - If you want to use the hot tub first thing when you arrive, we need to know in advance, it takes 1.5 hours to fill. Check out time is at 12:00 Check in time is at 15:00 We are flexible with these times so just contact us if you want any changes.
