Stilvoll und schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in angenehm ruhiger Lage, zentral in der Ortsmitte von Clausnitz/Erzg. Einladend zum Wohlfühlen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge! The Lodging The spacey flat ist equipped with all necessary equipment and conciliates classy, comfortable ambience. Cleanness is of great importance. Living space: 40 m²; includes corridor, living room, bed room, kitchen and bath room. The double bed in the bed room is 160 cm wide and contains a proper matress. The cuddly blankets come in a comfy XXL-size. The flat is located in a quiet area, far-out from streets but still offers shopping opportunities in walking distance, like the bakery for fresh bread, the butcher or the Nahkauf supermarket. All windows are equippped with roller blinds. The flat is perfect for two people, but it is possible to book an extra sleeping couch for a third person in the living room. Most of the rooms were renovated in the end of 2015 and November 2019. The underfloor heating in all rooms is self adjustable und spreads cosy comfort. Also for frost boily ladys a good place to be! In the flat you will find a folder with lots of brochures and maps with information about destinations and activities in the area. The folder also contains the WIFI password. Entrance for Guests The main door is used by our family and our guests. After that the holiday appartment is a seperate flat and will not be acessed by us during your stay. You have your own corridor; the flat is your own "castle". For any questions we are always there to help and give answers. We are not always at home, you can easily reach me via telephone though. The Neighborhood Clausnitz is, like Holzhau, a district of Rechenberg-Bienenmühle. Clausnitz is a pretty, well groomed village in the Ore Mountains. The town welcomes you in summer and autumn, offering all kinds of colors for you to enjoy. The well-signposted hiking paths invite you to relaxed walking tours. In Winter you will find cross-country ski-tracks and groomed trails ready for your use. About 2.5 km distance away we are touched by the ridgeway "Erzgebirge-Vogtland". Scenic and also very interesting are the transborder hiking paths "Educational Trail Neugrabenflöße" and the "Glassmaker path Osterzgebirge". A visit to the 18 km distant Seiffen is always worth its time. A place of interest is Dresden (55 km), Freiberg with the popular Terra Mineralia (25 km), Frauenstein, offering the castle ruin and the Silbermann museum (12 km), and Neuhausen with castle Purschenstein and the Nutcracker museum are 10 km distant. In Clausnitz there are shopping opportunities like a supermarket (650 m), a bakery (350 m) and a butcher (350 m) in a walking distance. In the farmers store of the agricultural cooperative (1 km) regional products are sold. Home made meat products and cheese made from the milk of the cattle of Clausnitz are offered. Also there is home made linseed oil for sale. You can view the corresponding oil press as well. The closest restaurant (Schweizerhof) is located in Neu-Clausnitz, 3.3 km from the appartment. In the other neighbor towns there are a lot of typical traditional inns - we are happy to give you some individual advice on where to go, depending on your preferations. Tip: The cottage hotel "Kreuztanne" is reachable within a one hour hike (approx. 6 km) through the forest - treat yourself with some delicious apple pie and ice cream or one of the other home made deli foods in the sophisticated ambience. You can also indulge your feet into some refreshment on the bare foot path while enjoying the breathtaking view over the valley of Cämmerwalde. Clausnitz offers a pretty little museum in the homeland house across the street from the bakery. A retired couple is maintaining the facility with love and effort. Please ask for opening times if you want to drop by, it is definitely worth a visit! The prices displayed don't include the local guest fee (adult: 1.50 Euro/day; children: discounted rate; business travellers are exempt). Means of Transport Free Parking in front of the appartment. It is advised to visit with a car. The station Clausnitz (Freiberg-Holzhau) is 2 km away. The urban bus (500 m) goes to Olbernhau and Dippoldiswalde/Dresden.
