Various activities available in garden including charcoal grill, trampoline, soccer goal and playground. Superfast fiber wifi, Netflix and Yousee channels availble or cast your own signals to various TVs. At least one PS4 will be available, bring your own PS+ login information to use the systems. All amenities are included. The house has solar panels and earth heating. Cleaning fee 500 kr, including towels and bed linnen. Bed and chair for toddler is available. Please be aware there is a maximum of 10 seats at dining table and I limit number of guests to 10 unless other arrangement is made. Renters has access to the entire property and garden, beside a few private bedrooms and closets/storage rooms. Parking space in Carport as well as in front of house. Owner or his representative will be present upon your arrival and when you leave. During your entire stay it will be possible to call owner or his representative for any assistance, help or advice. 200 meters to nearest grocery store (open 730-20 every day) and gas tank, 8 km to nearest Tesla Supercharger, 6 km to Hjørring city limit. Lots of activities within 45 min, Fårup Sommerland, Oceanarium, various beaches, Metropol Shopping Center, Ålborg incl shopping, Zoo etc. The pond has a fish population and depth is max 250 cm, keep children under supervision. Feel free to use the gym but again bevare of any hazards around the equipment when bringing small children. Unfortunately the property cannot be rented by groups consisting of entirely persons under the age of 25.
