The property is located on Sejerø - 1 hour by boat from Havnsø north of Kalundborg. "Hovgaard" is located close to the harbor right next to Sejerby pond. Swimming 5 minute walk to the beach behind the port grille which is a lovely sandy beach. The property is a three-winged house with a large courtyard and an enclosed garden behind the house. In the farmhouse as rent is started with staircase to first hall, kitchen, TV room, living room with radio and TV, hall, bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and newly renovated bathrooms with new washing machine. At first floor there are 4 bedrooms, one with double bed and bunk bed, a double bed. The last two rooms are freshly prepared with a view of gadekærret and has room for two people each. This property can be occupied by several families. Hovgaard was originally used for residential purposes and is not really something home. It is located in the middle of the village and within walking distance of both water supply and port. On Sejerø is a large Agricultural, harbor grill restaurant Woodpecker and a recent Italian inspired restaurant where you can enjoy the specialties with a good glass of wine.
