The 60 sqm apartment, is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, consists of a living area with kitchen, fully equipped, including dishwasher, divided from the living room by a brick arch, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is separated from the sleeping area by an antique-style door. The two bedrooms, one single and one double, are quite large, comfortable and are furnished with family furniture dating back to the nineteenth and early decades of the twentieth century. The bathroom is finished with Assisi natural stone and has tones similar to the color with which the walls are painted; the mirror was obtained from the golden frame of a painting. Breathtaking panorama in the middle of the valleys of Siena and Arezzo! The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, on a hill, ventilated, finely restored and cared for, an ideal place to relax and spend holidays in the tranquility of the countryside ... The apartments are six in all and well equipped and have well equipped kitchens, with everything needed for cooking and with many very useful appliances: dishwasher, fridge + freezer, electric ovens and microwawe, kettles, American coffee machines, pots, pans , barbecue tools, silicone, satellite TV, sofas, free wifi etc ...
