Nice room near Speyer, Germersheim, Hockenheim

now we have a new Bed 1,60 x 2,00 m really nice and comfortable . the guestroom ist 16 qm. The bathroom for our guest incl. shower is only for you. The family has the second bathroom upstairs. you can also use the garden. we have a cat a siam. when you want to use our kitchen this is possible and you can cook your meals. you have your own koffee maschine direkt at the room now but you can also use the one in the kitchen as you like. The Palatinate with the many possibilities not far away. You have your own access via the outside staircase to the garden with a very nice old apple tree. The shopping possibilities (Food) are excellent. Our House is a quiet place and also a nice one. we have a new comfortable bed for 2 persons. Garden, kitchen please clarifiy the details with me (dining room is included), after arrangement washing machine, also the dryer, extra refrigerator you can use for cold beer and drinks... Weißenburg in Frankreich ca. 47 km, private Parking, Bus stop in 5 minutes , Alternative: by bike to Lingenfeld from there with the S- Bahn, but at the moment we have no bike available.
