Wolf cooktop, high-end appliances, wine fridge, professionally decorated with high-end furnishings, antiques and comfy couches, two fireplaces and fire-pit outside! (wood provided), lovely and private brick patio with teak furniture and Adirondack chairs. You'll be sharing property with a full time tenant who lives in cottage .2 miles from main house and has adorable deaf dog who is very quiet. My house includes one Golden Retriever-Hudson who is super friendly. Guests can use the kitchen, living room, sunroom, brick patio off living room, fire-pit and hammock. There is a lot to do in the area. Can help with dinner recommendations, or if you prefer dining in, can arrange that. My house is located in the Teatown area of Croton on Hudson. There are 14 miles of hiking trails, Wildflower Island and over 900 acres of preserved open space. Across the road is Bald Mountain; hike to the top and you can see the skyline of Manhattan. The Croton Harmon train station is 8 minutes away. You can climb to the top of Bald Mtn which is across from my pond. It's the second highest peak in northern Westchester. Teatown Lake Reservation has 14 miles of hiking trails, Wildflower Island, lake and over 850 acres of preserved open space. My house is located in an area called Teatown. I also produced a book for TLR on the history of Teatown.
