This is a fully private 2 bedroom unit that is part of a larger triplex. This unit is designed for extended stays and is nestled in a quiet suburb of Dayton. This unit is designed for extended (>30 day) stays with full dining room, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room with pull out couch. We absolutely love how it turned out, and hope you will to. Each room is spacious and well thought out in design. There are stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms as well as the bathroom. This unit has private access with smart-lock, sharing only the porch and back yard. Washer and dryer are all yours, as well as every room you seen in the photos. Messaging me through the airbnb app is the best so both me and my husband can see the message and as a result help you have a quicker response. Peaceful and pleasant surroundings. Street parking for all. Very safe neighborhood. The trash is behind the detached garage. I would recommend taking the sidewalk, our trash cans are labeled for each unit.
