Spectacular Vineyard View.....

Our home is located in the heart of the Beamsville Bench with a stunning vineyard view. A great spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after visiting one of the 17 wineries located within a 10 minute drive. The area is also home to a brewery and a distillery, with grocery stores, restaurants, an LCBO and Beer store all conveniently located within 3km. Proximity to Niagara Falls, Toronto, and the U.S Border make our home a convenient escape to the Niagara region. Two stories of living space which consists of a master bedroom with ensuite, 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom in the hall, the loft for watching television, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, dining room and half bathroom. You also have full use of the top deck off the kitchen (includes gas BBQ), the firepit, the back deck and the front porch. The scenic Bruce Trail is accessible within a 10 minute walk where you can capture a view of the Toronto skyline and an hour hike will lead you to 6 of our local wineries. A 200 metre walk will find you at Ashby Park where there is a children's playground, basketball court and a walking/jogging circuit nestled amongst yet another vineyard. You can reach the shoreline of Lake Ontario in only a 10 minute drive. The Niagara/Hamilton escarpment is home to 100 waterfalls, 5 of which are less then 17km away and of course the biggest one, Niagara Falls is 42 km. Our neighbourhood is very accessible to all the Niagara Region has to offer. Please note that there is no public transportation available here. A car is necessary to get around. We are approximately 1hr 15 min/90 km from Toronto Pearson Airport and 45 min/45 km from John C. Munro Hamilton Airport.
