Renovated Retreat

If you are searching for a place that is warm & cozy, stylish & inspiring, and has all the things you need to make it feel like home, seriously...this is it! This adorable home has been renovated from top to bottom! You will find the creative decor to be very warm and inviting. The living room has a brand new 58" smart TV w/DVD player and the finished lower level has a family room with 42" TV w/DVD. We also have a variety of books, games and movies for you to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped and coffee/tea is provided. Comfort abounds in all three of the bedrooms, each with its own dresser and closet space. We truly want this to be your home away from home! We are not on the property, but are only a phone call (or text;) away. We actually run two additional airbnbs from our hobby farm about 20 minutes north, just outside of Janesville, IA. Check out Honeybee Cottage or Bella's Suite, if you would prefer a country getaway that is located next to 140 acre trail system, perfect for the nature lovers! Our property is centrally located in Waterloo, so it is extremely quick and easy to get to downtown, the casino/waterpark, or any Cedar Falls attractions. Also, just minutes from the John Deere Foundry & Museum, the Grout Museum and the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center.
