Magnificent mountain views surround this self-catering country cottage, situated on a working wine and fruit farm, named Seven Oaks. The cottage is situated in the middle of vineyards. Enjoy a wood-fired Turkish Bath under the stars. No TV's or radios, just the peaceful sound of the singing birds or the wind in the vines, a tranquil country retreat. A winner of TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence in 2015, 2016 and 2017. This 2 bedroom cottage, sleeps 4 people in a queen size and 2 single beds (which can convert to a king size bed). Each cottage is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, bed linen and towels. It has its own unique farm character, is cool in summer and has cosy fireplaces which can be used in winter when the surrounding mountains are snow-capped. This cottage has its own private BBQ area with a covered veranda and majestic sunset mountain views. Enjoy your own wood-fired Turkish Bath under the stars next to your covered verandah. Parking right outside the cottage. Guests can walk or cycle amongst the vineyards and orchards on our farm as well as the neighbouring farms. Guests can arrange for a Seven Oaks wine tasting, preferably 48 hours before arrival. There is a folder in the cottage that covers attractions and activities in the area and so does our website. Enquire for their contact details. - We provide bundles of wood at the cottage, one is free of charge, we ask guests to place something in the honesty tin for other bundles used. - With the current water situation, we are watching our water usage. As we have boreholes we are able to fill up the Turkish Bath for stays of 2 nights or longer, but not for 1 night stays. After the guests have departed we then use the water on the garden. - We have wifi available at the cottages for those unable to travel without their laptops.
