Ca 'del Bosco is a 16-hectare farmhouse, located on a hill 250 meters above sea level, surrounded by the green Lunigiana mountains. The farmhouse stands on the top of the hill, from which you can enjoy an incomparable view of the Val Magra, the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Apuan Alps. Going down to the sea, the prestigious Cinque Terre resort is easily accessible. The farmhouse consists of two old farmhouses, one of which is in stone, located within a large garden. A patio and an ancient medieval courtyard covered with an old wisteria define the common areas for the meeting of guests. The Ulivo apartment has a living room with kitchenette, fireplace, double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is furnished with taste and respecting tradition, and equipped with fireplace, independent heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, outdoor barbecue. Thanks also to the pleasant summer climate, mitigated by the fresh air of the Apennines and by the healthy breeze of the Tyrrhenian sea from which it is 30 minutes by car.
