Main part is open space where you can find living room area and kitchen area. In the living room there is cosy portable sofa and TV set with FREE NETFLIX. Kitchen is well organized and well eqiuipped. It has also spacious dining table. Area is bright thanks to big window and high ceiling. There are two private bedrooms in the apartment. In both rooms you can find spacious double bed as well as portable sofa bed. There are also stylish wooden tables in the bedrooms. In the bathroom you will have shower corner as well as washing machine. Bathroom is super clean and modern. Toilet is situated separately from bathroom. There is private garden and terrace next to the building which are part of the apartment. You can visit it anytime. FREE PARKING spots are avaliable next to the building. You will have the apartment only for yourself, so you have your absolute privacy. We prepared guide book, where you will find closest grocery store, restaurants, tram stop…information about traditional Czech meals and where to try them…where to go for nice walk and where the main attractions are…This book will stay with you in the apartment. The closest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot. It will take you to city center just in 12 minutes. The nearest city bus stop is right next to the apartment. If you arrive by train, you can take direct metro line C to stop Ladvi, it takes around 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes about 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague. You will find our apartment just 12 minutes away from the heart of the city center by direct metro line, in quiet and safe area. You can feel great local atmosphere there. If you want to try Czech food/drinks, there is local restaurant/bar only 2 minutes away from the apartment by foot. Grocery store is 4 minutes and supermarket is 7 minutes walking from the apartment. Part of the flat is also private garden and terrace. They are situated next to the building and you can use them anytime. INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. Check-in time is flexible, but please be aware, that if at your check-in day, there is check-out of previous guests, we need time to clean and prepare the apartment for you. Therefore you can check-in anytime after 2pm. Check-out time is till 11am. FREE PARKING spots are situated right next to the building. ARRIVAL FORM FOR YOUR COMFORTABLE STAY Dear guests, after you reserve your stay at our apartment, we will send you via email, before arrival, online arrival form, to make your arrival into apartment and your stay much more comfortable.  Our main goal is to give you the best experience of your stay without any organizational problems. Please provide us clear information of your personal data and estimate arrival time. Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. Thank you so much for helping us to be an honest host. This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation).
