New villa with private pool and wonderful sea views

The house was completed in 2016 and has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and a large wardrobe. The bedrooms are each equipped with individually controllable air conditioning. A bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub is available to our guests. The fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer) leaves nothing to be desired. Meals can be taken either on the terrace with a sea view or in the house at the cozy dining table. The living area is equipped with a spacious couch, satellite TV and hi-fi system. There is also a freely switchable air conditioning system here. Internet WiFi available Outside is the approximately 60 m² pool for sole use. The pool is cleaned by our specialist staff every third day. You will find comfortable, adjustable loungers on the lying surface. A kettle grill can also be used. The outdoor area was newly planted in 2016 with many different types of palm trees, cacti and citrus trees. There is enough space in front of the house to park your vehicle. In the upper floor of the house there is a small apartment for the 5th + 6th Person. (Additional fee € 50.00 per night incl. Final cleaning) The apartment is also equipped with its own air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator. The pool is only available to guests of this house.
