Charming 1Bd Apt. in Historic Arlington Home

This lovely apartment is part of our charming and historic New England home. Guests have their own private entrance and an entire 1bd/1.5ba apartment to enjoy. Our quiet neighborhood has access to public transportation and is close to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and Medford. It is the perfect spot if you are in town on vacation, for work, or for an event! We are happy to help with anything you might need but will otherwise give you your privacy. We look forward to your stay in Arlington! Our home is a historic colonial built in 1839. The apartment has a private entrance with the key in a lockbox for convenience. The first floor is a fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bathroom. Upstairs there is a livingroom, full bathroom, and bedroom. All towels and linens will be provided, as well as toiletries. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf K-cups, creamer, and sugar so you can enjoy your morning coffee (on the front porch if you'd like!). It is just my husband and I, and our small dog Sophie who live in the house. We have lived in the area our whole lives and are happy to answer any questions you might have or give suggestions for restaurants, transportation and things to do. This property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with a playground nearby. It is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. You can easily access public transportation, walk trails along the Mystic River and Mystic lakes, or jump on the Minuteman Bike Trail! There is driveway parking available for those traveling by car. The house is a short walk from the West Medford commuter rail train station (from here the ride into Boston is 10 minutes, costs $2.40 each way, and brings you right to North Station downtown). Our place is only 6-7 miles from downtown Boston by car which also makes getting there by Uber or Lyft easy and affordable! We are also close to bus lines for access to Boston and surrounding towns. This property is walking distance to Arlington Center and West Medford, both of which offer lots of options for dining and coffee shops!
