3 Bedroom home completely furnished with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Beds have premium mattresses, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, free internet, nice yard. Minutes from BYU- I One Hour to Yellowstone Park. This is a 3 bedroom home with garage and large yard. Fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, blender, crock pot, electric griddle, waffle maker, all dishes, pots & pans etc. Family room with leather sectional, smart TV with cable. Free internet. Dining room. Washer/dryer. Bathroom with tub/shower. Master bedroom with King bed and adjoining bathroom with shower. One bedroom with 2 queens and the other room is also a queen room. A full size sofa bed in the living room. There is a pack and play should you need crib space for a baby. Bed space for 10 people. All bedding and towels are there for your use during the stay. There is on air conditioning unit in the main kitchen/dining area as well as the master bedroom and ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom and the other bedrooms. There is not central air but all windows have screens and are functional to be opened in the evening to let in the cool night air during the summer months if necessary. This is a 3 bedroom home with garage and large yard. There is an outdoor table with four chairs and a gas grill for your use. You will be the only ones in the home. You will not be sharing. You will self check in after 3:00 pm. We are always close by if there are needs during your stay. Country setting yet conveniently located near BYU Idaho Campus, Rexburg Idaho Temple, city of Rexburg, minutes from Yellowstone Bear World, Rigby Lake, Squealers Fun Park & mini golf, world famous St. Anthony Sand Dunes, Heise Hot Springs and Kelly Canyon Ski Resort. Easy access from Hwy 20. Good location to call home base when exploring Yellowstone National Park, West Yellowstone, experiencing Island Park's world class fishing, hiking the Grand Teton area, skiing Grand Targhee in Driggs or visiting Jackson Hole Wyoming. All of these attractions are a day trip away. Rexburg has many fun family activities as well, a free splash park and adjacent historic Carousel. Rexburg Rapids-swim park, 2 golf courses, Teton Flood museum, great library, Legacy Flight Museum, 2 beautiful city parks, a nature park with walking trail. There is lots of clean air and peace from the hectic hustle, bustle of big cities. Definitely a place to slow down, relax and enjoy the beauty nature has to offer. Rexburg currently has no public transportation. A car rental is a must. You can rent thru Enterprise or A Plus Car Rental. My kitchen is nicely stocked with about anything you may need to prepare a fantastic meal. Crock pot, blender, toaster, rice cooker, waffle iron, electric griddle, coffee maker and hand mixer. This is a home that is older but well maintained. We strive to keep things clean and in good working order. We did just install a laminate floor throughout except for bedrooms in April 2020 to be able to sanitize it for the COVID. I have been disinfecting after each stay. We also replaced the wood burning fireplace with a natural gas unit in January 2020. This keeps the house very cozy and warm.
