Stern Residence was built in 2015 withEuropean construction standards and local charm in mind. The Residence consists of 10 studios (S + 1) and 1 (S + 3) apartment, spread over 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor). The roof is designed as a terrace which is accessible for our residential customers. To support the local economy, the Residence was built entirely by local artisans. SInce we want to offer a charming and quiet stay, we chose consciously for the studio formula. Each studio is fully equipped and has at least a large terrace. The Residence is on 24/7 monitoring, and cleaning services are available at an extra cost. We welcome you in Arabic, German, English, French or Dutch.
