Craig Doone farm is 10km from Grahamstown about 800m off the N2 to Port Elizabeth. Basic self-catering accommodation in farm outbuildings converted into accommodation for individuals and groups - families, students, sports teams, contractors etc. 2 x larger s/c units + 4 x smaller s/c units. Green Shed for groups of 34-40 people. Convenient overnight between Cape Town and KZN. Farm! Close (800m farm driveway) to N2 highway so convenient for overnight or longer. Yard with electric fence so no need to unpack trailer or car for overnight. Farm - welcome to walk up valley or in hills. Outside grassy area with chairs, table and uncovered braai/s. Climbing cliffs for overnight rockclimbers. Mountain bike trails for overnight guests. We are usually at home (up the hill) . Our home is nearby but not on top of accommodation. Grahamstown nearby/10km away. Skydiving 8-10km away. The beach - Kenton on Sea and Bushmans only 35km away. Horseriding at Bushmans River beach or closer (about 5km away). Pumba private game reserve next door. Addo NP about an hour away. Visit Amakhala GR, Kariega and Shamwari 30-50km away. You will need your own transport. Shuttles or private taxis to and from the farm are cheaper if the fare is shared. Farm with spring water! Beautiful unmarked walks. Unmarked mountain bike trails. Rock-climbing at own risk on cliffs for overnights or longer.
