The house is completely equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. The rental price includes WIFI and TV via cable. The house is fully accessible, except for the basement. The key will be handed over in person by a third person. I am personally available by phone day and night and can be present within 1 hour. The house is located opposite "Ter Spegelt" with its beautiful restaurant "de Keizer". 3 KMs from the centre of Eersel. It is hard to reach the house with public transport. The nearest bus stop is at a distance of 3 KM. Linen available upon request only (not standard). The furnishing will be changed in April 2021, still in a modern style.
