Southern charm in Chicago suburb

Southern hospitality in the Chicago SW suburb on cul-de-sac. Two story. Bedrooms are Traditional, Victorian and Cottage. Running path right out the back door. Recently redecorated spaces to make them cozy and attractive. Hosts with years of experience having short term and long term guests. We are 15 minutes away from downtown Naperville which is often voted the #1 USA city to live in. It has lots of specialty shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. The three private guest bedrooms and the guest bathroom are upstairs and are for your group only. The shared areas for use by you and the host are: kitchen/family room with TV and fireplace; living room for hanging out and computer usage including printer; exercise room and child’s play area in basement. There is a three mile paved running path just out the back door adjacent to the property. We have lived in this area for 25 years and are still exploring all the close by things to do. We have also traveled to most USA states and to many European, Asian, South American and Caribbean locations. We are team sports fans. We are into volunteer activities that support our local church and beyond. Quiet suburban neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Well maintained single family houses. Convenient running/biking path out the back door. Parking is on property. Public transportation to Chicago is 20 minutes away. The express Metra (METRA app) gets you to downtown Chicago in 30 minutes. Our area is well served by Uber and Lyft with typical waiting times of around 6 minutes. The pace bus ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) is also available for commuters. Expect some traffic during rush hour depending on your route. We have a good interstate highway system but some are toll roads. An ipass is very helpful and less expensive than cash and some tollbooths do not accept cash but you can pay online if you blow off a toll. Do not be surprised to see the Naperville police as you drive around. Expect quiet private rooms and social shared spaces. Key lock box gives easy access so you can come and go as desired.
