Neighborhood: The condo is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Bloomfield Hills and we have a great neighborhood watch program( Bloomfield is probably the safest city in Oakland County. The home is located 5 minutes away from Saint Joseph Mercy Oakland, one of the local hospitals. Less than 1 mile away there are multiple places with famous food franchises, grocery stores and gas stations. The condo is located less than a mile away from I75 business freeway that connects most of the major cities in Oakland County. Many events are happening throughout the year. We have a great Independence Day parade with fireworks in most nearby towns. There is a farmers markets every Saturday in Royal Oak(8 miles away) and in the summer the farmers market in Birmingham(4 miles) is open every Sunday. There are several high end restaurants, multiple outdoor activities to choose from during the warm season and many entertaining activities during the cold season. Our neighborhood is pet friendly. We have several museums that are quite famous. One can simply never get bored here! Getting around: An Uber can drop you to the nearest bus stop. The nearest one is approximately 2 miles away. There are plenty of parking spots available for my guests. The whole condo expect my personal bedroom.
