Hibiscus Cottage – Gateway to Kruger

This charming, self-catering guest cottage in the middle of White River is your gateway to the Kruger National Park and the action-packed Panorama Tourist Route. Three Kruger gates are an easy 45-60 minute drive away, and Panorama favourites like God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes and the Mac Mac Falls are also between 30 and 90 minutes from your doorstep. Your comfortable and private home-away-from-home is 800 metres from the brand-new White River Crossing, packed with shops and restaurants. Your spacious, en-suite bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and luxurious 400 thread-count linen. French doors open up onto a lush private patio with barbeque and seating facilities for meals outdoors. A fully appointed kitchen comes complete with a stovetop and oven, as well as a full-sized fridge/freezer. The open-plan lounge area off of the kitchen includes a dining room table or worktop area, breakfast nook with bar stools, couch and TV with DSTV. Hibiscus Cottage is serviced every third day. Our family lives in the house adjacent to the cottage. We are available for any questions or advice. Hibiscus Cottage is the perfect home base to discover the Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route. We are within walking distance of White River Crossing, which includes a Woolworths, Checkers, Dischem, Mugg & Bean and Spur. Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre is a 10-minute drive away and boasts a cinema, Barnyard Theatre, boutique shops, a Gin Bar and an art gallery. Across the road from Casterbridge is the Mexican restaurant "Picasso's" and Cuban restaurant "Habana 64". You will need transport to get around the area, however, shuttles and safari trips can be easily arranged. Please feel free to ask us about day trips.
