Large holiday flat in Peetzig am See

The large guest apartment in our house in Peetzig am See. Quietly situated in the wonderful nature of the Uckermark. The bathing area of Lake Peetzigsee is 200 metres away, the garden of the house can be used completely, sauna and swimming pond are also available. Sometimes you share the garden with other guests or with our family with small children. Five bikes are available for guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is situated in a well-kept country house (built in 1900) with three apartments. The house was renovated in 2011. The apartment has a size of approx. 80 sqm, divided on 2 floors. On the lower floor are the living area, the kitchen and the bathroom, on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase. The bed in the first bedroom measures 160 x 200 cm with two mattresses. The couch in the first bedroom can be used as a sofa bed and has a size of 120 x 200 cm. The bed in the second bedroom measures 140 x 200 cm. A second sofa bed can be added in the living area. A children's travel bed is available if required. The garden with a size of 2000 sqm, two terraces in western location, swimming pond, a separate Finnish sauna house and orchard can be used completely. When using the sauna, we ask you to heat the stove yourself. A grill is available. We use an apartment of the house itself as a holiday flat on weekends and are therefore not always on site. However, a neighbour living in Peetzig knows the house well and is available as a contact person. The Peetzigsee is about 200 m away from the house, a horse farm about 100 m. Worth a visit is the nature experience center "Blumberger Mühle", about 25 min by bike on the bike path Berlin-Usedom. There is also a restaurant there, further restaurants / cafés / snack bars are located in Steinhöfel, Wilmersdorf, at the Wolletzsee and in Angermünde. Further destinations are: Barefoot Park and Ostrich Park in Berkenlatten, "The Big Garden" in Gerswalde, Café in Friedenfelde Manor, Animal Park Angermünde, Coffee consumption in Wolletz, Bathing place at the Holy Lake, Grumsiner Distillery in Altkünkendorf, World Heritage Site Grumsin (natural beech forest), Boat rental at the lido Wolletzsee, Railway Museum in Gramzow, Lenné Park in Görlsdorf, Ehm-Welk-Museum Angermünde. In Greiffenberg (approx. 1.5 km) there is a small grocery store and a bakery. On the Kerkow estate there is an organic farm shop with a complete range of food, open from Monday to Sunday. There are supermarkets in Angermünde. By train: RE3 to Angermünde and bus 460 to Peetzig. RufBus Angermünde can be ordered on weekdays from 17:30 to 22:00 and on weekends from 8:00 to 22:00. By bike: Peetzig is located on the Berlin-Usedom cycle path. A parking place is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Please let me know in this case.
