This nice summerhouse is located in Yngsjö, about 500 meters from the beautiful white sand beach. The beach is considered one of Skåne's most wonderful coastal areas. Includes living room and well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom wirh shower and washing machine (renovated 2018). Two bedrooms with totally four beds. A baby bed is also available if needed. Large natural plot with total privacy. Bike and hiking trails nearby. Golf course within a 2 mile distance. This is a wonderful house and place to stay in all year around. No smoking or animals allowed. Arrivalday: Saturdays A compulsory cleaning fee of 140EUR is payed upon arrival.
