This family beach house is your perfect getaway to great beaches, the touristic and lively areas of Condado and Isla Verde, the colorful streets of Old San Juan, Santurce's trendy art district, Calle Loiza dynamic food scene, El Yunque tropical rain forest, Fajardo's bioluminescent bay and so much more! Bathed in natural light, it is located 1.5 block from the beach, in San Juan’s Ocean Park community. The property is a two-story house with 3 apartments surrounded by a green and peaceful garden. It has 6 bedrooms (10 beds), 4 bathroom, 2 outdoor showers and can host up to 18 people. There are two apartments on the 1st floor (ground) apartment The first one is 900 sqft. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor shower, a shaded and breezy patio, and private parking. It can host up to 7 guests. The 2nd one is 560 sqft. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and a living room/office and is connected to an outdoor deck. The 3rd apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 1460 sqft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large patio, and private parking. It can host up to 9 guests. BEDROOMS: The property has one bedroom with a king bed, three bedrooms with a queen bed and two bedrooms with one twin bed and two full beds (bunk bed) each. All bedrooms have (quiet) air conditioning units, large closets and light blocking curtains. Each bed has quality, fresh linens, pillows and blankets. BATHROOMS: There are four fully equipped bathrooms. A hair dryer, basic toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), fresh bath towels and beach towels are included in each bathroom. In addition, there are also two outside showers you can use to rinse off when you come back from the beach. DINING ROOM & KITCHEN: Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen to cook and enjoy a dinner at home. Each has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a 4-burner gaz cooking range, a traditional oven, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment on the 2nd floor is also equipped with a dishwasher. Dinner ware, glass ware, pans, kitchen utensils and basic cooking spices/oil are all included. And coffee as well, of course ! I love to cook and made sure you would find everything you need to prepare a meal for family or friends. The kitchens open onto a dining and living area with dinner tables which can comfortably sit up to 9 people on the 2nd floor, 6-7 people on the 1st floor apartment and two people in the last apartment. LIVING ROOM & PATIO: The living room of the top apartment has a air conditioning unit and the lower living rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. All have a comfortable sofa. All of them open onto a private patio, equipped with outdoor lounge furniture - perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or the late afternoon breeze. LAUNDRY & BBQ: A washer and dryer are available for guests on the property’s premises. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ located on the back of the house. INTERNET: Free WIFI is available in the house. BEACH ESSENTIALS: There are 2 beaches within a short walking distance of the house. We provide beach towels, as well as some beach chairs, couple of body boards, foam noodles and umbrella, fishing road as well as a cooler for a day at the beach!
