Studio full view of the Seine estuary and the sea, 2 steps from the center

Pets welcome - Connected to the lower town by the funicular on the coast, this 25m3 studio overlooks Le Havre and offers a superb view over the city and the Seine estuary. Close to a bakery, this accommodation, available all year round, is ideal for spending a good time of relaxation & romantic discovery. PARKING is FREE and easy on the street. HOUSEHOLD LINEN IS PROVIDED (duvet covers, towels & beach towels). Animals accepted 3 € / day. The apartment L'ESTUAIRE is located on the 2nd floor of a 1930s building, in the Félix FAURE district, overlooking the UNESCO site of the city of Le Havre and the Seine estuary as well as the Normandy bridge. It consists : A living room with a living room with a sofa bed for two people equipped with a DUNLOPILLO mattress and 17 cm thick mattress, with a TV and Wifi. In the dressing room of this room you will find a set of duvet covers, duvets and pillows which are also at your disposal. A mobile fan is also provided. The kitchen area has a mini-oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker, a juicer, a toaster and various products such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea (Cofféa) and coffee (Carte Noire). A set of 6 flat, deep and dessert plates are also available with cutlery and water glasses, wine, beer, champagne, coffee cups, and mugs (dishwashing liquid provided). The bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine (pods provided) and storage for towels (provided) and your personal effects. Shower gel (Dove) and handwashing liquid are also provided. A beach bag containing 2 beach towels is also available for travelers. For young children it is equipped with a travel cot, a high chair, a child's bathtub and various toys. There is no access for people with reduced mobility. Small note the steps of the stairs can seem quite steep to climb for some travelers. I will be on hand for the delivery of the keys and I will be delighted to be able to exchange with you on the various places of visit on the city of Le Havre and its surroundings. For arrivals: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. possibility of extending arrival times if possible. Departure: 12:00 p.m. For discovery: the various MuMa exhibitions (painting and sculpture), the Shipowner's house, walks on the seafront with its sunset immortalized by Claude Monet, the hanging gardens at the Fort de Sainte Adresse, etc. .. Without forgetting the essential passage through St Joseph cathedral. You will enjoy the Oscar Niemeyer space and its magnificent library. Outside of Le Havre, discover Etretat, Fécamp, Honfleur, the loops of the Seine and its estuary. For relaxation: the beach is a 5-minute drive away. For shopping: the DOCKS and Espace Coty with a little essential visit to the Porcelaines du Berry, rue de Paris opposite Notre-Dame cathedral.
