This holiday apartment is located on the first floor of an old manor house, in a splendid position overlooking the sea just a few km from the renowned seaside resort of Cetraro Marina, in the province of Cosenza. A lively and cutting-edge tourist hub for different services, as well as its well-equipped marina. The apartment offers guests two beautiful terraces of which one is covered and equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. Furnished in a simple and functional style it consists of a living/dining room with wood stove, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms all with balconies with panoramic views of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, where you can admire fantastic sunsets. There is also a second kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven and electric kneading machine to try the preparation of bread and pizzas, wood is supplied free of charge by the owner. Cetraro is a pleasant village of ancient origins, in a hilly position overlooking the crystal clear sea. Its beautiful old town of medieval settlement has many narrow streets, churches, palaces, monuments and countless works of art. The hamlet of Cetraro is also a "Slow City", an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy a holiday between local food and wine excellences, typical DOC wines and slow rhythms, in harmony with nature and the sea. From here you can easily reach the city of Diamante, the thermal park at the Terme Luigiane with wellness center, golf club, tennis courts and soccer field at 3.9 km. In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the mountains (up to 1060 m a.s.l.), in about one hour by car you reach the Sila plateau with the ski slopes, while from the port you can sail to the beautiful Aeolian Islands.
