A beautiful house with a nice garden 30 min walk from the city center. Close to both busses, grocery stores, as well as nature. 170 sqm on one level + a newly built room with a loft with huge roof windows. A sunny garden with high trees. Fully equipped house. Four bedrooms, a living room with dining table, piano, guitars, secveral doors to the garden/conservatory. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Washing machine. In the garden there is a porch, chairs, table, grill, trampoline, bikes etc. The house is easy accessible for disabled people since there are no stairs and no thresholds. We have just extended our house with a big room (4,6 m to the roof) with a loft. From the living room you can go directly to the new glass roofed conservatory. There you can have late dinners, with or without heating on. If it gets too warm you just open the sliding glass doors. In the living room you have a wood stove. Feel free to use the firewood. The glass walls makes it secure for kids. There is also a big TV-screen above the sofas. In the newly built part of the house you have huge windows, a loft with windows to see the sky, access to the quiet garden where you can have your coffee in the morning sun. In the garden you can use the trampoline, hammock, or eat some strawberries. For kids there are a lot of lego :-) You will have access to everything. Great neighbors! Several beautiful villas around the house. You are next too a forest and a huge area for recreation/hiking. There are several lakes in the area, the closest beach is 6 km away. Several busses, just a few metres to the bus stop. You can also use our bikes, three for adults and three for kids/teenagers. We have a cat. It will not be there during your stay but if you are allergic it may still affect you.
