The Casa dei Leoni is an ancient 17th century villa located in a quiet area of Carpeneto. The building located on the south-west slope of the Carpeneto hill is part of the second circle of buildings placed in the crown of the castle in Via Terragni. This circle of buildings probably existed in the Middle Ages and it is conceivable that the foundations of the current building constituted the walls that defended the town. The current building derives from the sum of several pre-existing buildings that were purchased in the second half of the nineteenth century by the Fallabrini family.
