Short walk from charming town of Baysville, you'll have access to a gorgeous boathouse, clubhouse, salt water pool, hot tub, sandy beach, kayaks/canoes, water trampoline. There are 3 spacious bedrooms located on the upper level of this unit. The large, bright master bedroom with king size bed faces the lake and has a walk-out deck, sitting area, flat panel TV, gas fireplace and spacious ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a set of single bunk beds. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is another full bathroom on the upper level as well as a 3 piece bathroom with shower on the main floor. There is also a den with a sofa bed on the main floor. Only 2 hours from Toronto, this villa has it all! Beautifully furnished and includes all the amenities that a typical cottage can't offer- large clubhouse and boathouse for your use, tennis court, as well as a fitness centre and heated salt-water pool with a children's splash pad and hot tub. For those with a boat, there is plenty of space to dock your boat, as well as a marina only 5 minutes away by boat or car. The charming village of Baysville is a short walk or boatride away where you'll have to take your kids (or yourselves!) for ice cream or a view of the dam and various cute shops in this cute little town. You'll have access to this beautifully decorated and fully furnished villa, which includes all your towels, linens, gas BBQ, and a stocked kitchen. Just bring your food and personal items and relax!!!.... Guests will get their key from the Welcome Centre and staff are available to answer questions and provide assistance with the unit should any issues arise during your stay. Directly on Lake of Bays, the views and waterfront are unbeatable- Muskoka at it's finest!! For those looking to venture out, the towns of Bracebridge, Huntsville and Gravenhurst are not far away and offer plenty of restaurants and other opportunities to shop and walk around in. Adventure seekers may want to access Algonquin Park (highly recommended!) and take advantage of it's endless beauty, trails and biking facilities. There is plenty of parking on site for you and your guests. You'll have access to all the amenities on this beautiful property, from the boathouse, clubhouse to the sandy beach and heated pool with hot-tub. The clubhouse has plenty of space to just lounge about, or play billiards, cards, or simply relax and read your favorite novel. When we're here we never leave the property for the entire week as we love it so much and there is no shortage of activities for any age group.
