Great location!! Easy access to Philadelphia by car or train. Plus, 30 minutes to Philadelphia airport. Atlantic City is just over an hour by car or train. Cozy space for 2, could easily sleep 4. Kitchenette, sitting room with futon and a queen size bed. Private deck & entrance. While there is a small deck at the apartment entrance and plenty of green space to gather with visiting friends. (Inquiry for chairs) Recently added a back deck, too. (Inquiry for access and cushions) Newly renovated space, quiet. The full bathroom with shower sits adjacent to the main apartment. The bathroom is exclusively for guest. For additional privacy there is a curtain dividing the laundry room. The laundry area is a common area for all to use. The door off of the laundry area leads into the main house. I work part-time and my husband works from home. We have 3 children. Our oldest lives and works in San Francisco. Our second child is in college at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. The youngest is soon to be a senior in high school. We are available for questions and sociable. While we respect your privacy, we are always glad to meet and chat with our guest. Feel free to knock at front door. It is in a quiet residential area. Across the street is 110+ acres of wooded space with trails for biking or walking. There are many great dining and cultural experiences locally and in Philadelphia. Philadelphia is 20 minutes by car, or by train. We are located just a few miles from the Woodcrest PATCO speed line station into Philadelphia. We are a 20 minute drive into center city Philadelphia. We are a 30 minute drive from the Philadelphia International Airport. We are 1:10 drive to Secaucus Station into NY City or an 1:30 drive into NY City. There is a Greyhound bus station 10 minutes from our home with many buses going into NY City. We are an hours drive to Atlantic City. There is also a train not far from the house that goes to Atlantic City. There are restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, post office, etc. within a 3 miles radius. This is a residential area and it’s easiest to get around with a car. The laundry room is frequented in the mornings and evenings to gather sporting equipment and school supplies. Plus, there is always laundry to do.
