The house is situated in a very tranquil location set amongst a few farm houses, its a great place to just kick back and relax and take in the stunning surroundings. If your an outbound type then this is also perfect for you as its a great base for many outdoor activities which are right on the doorstep. There are all the local amenities you need in the historical nearby town of Kobarid which arguably has one of the finest restaurants in Slovenia, and also hosts a hotel, bars, banks, etc.. Kobarid formed a front-line in WW1 and there is a fantastic Museum to tell the whole story which is well worth a visit. There is also a Casino for those who feel lucky. The house in only 5km from the Italian border and the beautiful Friuli region which has many spectacular vineyards to explore. House is only 1hour 40min away from Venice.
