Hidden paradise in the middle of the forest

Your romantic getaway in the calm countryside. This cozy cottage is located in the middle of a polo club, surrounded by woods and animals. It has one big living room with a separated kitchen, a stairways leads up to a spacious bedroom with a traditional roof. The english style interior is inspired by the houses surroundings and gives you space to escape from your daily life. One king size bed, large rainshower, kitchen, wifi, chicken, foals, cat, peace of mind - all included. As this cottage is located in the middle of a polo club, of course you can book polo lessons in addition to your stay. You can watch practice matches and players training their horses. Of course - polo only happens in the summer months, between May and September. The location in the beautiful countryside lends itself for long bicycle rides and walks. The cute city center of Bad Bentheim is close by if you want to visit the castle, shop for groceries or eat an ice cream. It even has a restaurant awarded with two Michelin-Stars! The Dutch boarder is only a few kilometers away and towns like Hengelo or Enschede await your visit. To arrive at your countryside home, you can take the car or the train to "Bad Bentheim", where we will gladly pick you up or you take a 10 minute taxi ride (available at the train station). To roam the surroundings, you can take a bike (we can lend you one, but have to tell you already that it is not in the very best condition ;-) ). But we do recommend coming by car, as it will make your stay a lot easier. The whole property offers much more than only this cozy guesthouse. We have three guest houses in total, the other two are even bigger. Furthermore, the property features a great event location - perfect for weddings, birthday parties or business workshops (Fitting 120 people). You can even bring your own horse! The surroundings are made for long rides and we do even have an outdoor dressage place, paddocks, an indoor arena and a walking machine.
