Private Room in Cozy Cottage

Hello! We are a couple with two children looking forward to host nice people. The House is located in Grotenrath a small village next to Geilenkirchen and Übach-Palenberg. The Trainstation of Übach-Palenberg is nearby (4,5 km) The train ride to Aachen (West) is only 13 min. Düsseldorf and Cologne need a 1 h. car ride. The NATO-Base of Geilenkirchen is very close (about 1 km). It‘s also less than a kilometer beeline to the Netherlands. Best Leni, Riccarda, and Moritz . The sweeping bathroom offers a shower à l'italienne and a Jacuzzi tub. Usually we won’t use these facilities, so that they are nearly exclusively for guests. Furthermore there are two separate toilets. The kitchen (top notch gas stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), the dining room and the living room (TV, stereo system) can be shared with us. For a small cost sharing the washing machine can be used as well. Mostlikely me or my wife will be available on-site. But I am always available via phone, email, sms,.... - Restaurant/ snack bar(300 m) - Shopping Netto/Lidl (2 km/4km) As the house is located in a small village a car is recommended, that can be parked in the courtyard. If you don’t have a car, we can pick you up at the trainstation and offer you a bike to go there. There are also busses arriving here, but afaik not too often. Please be aware that we don’t offer breakfast but you are free to use our kitchen to prepare your breakfast/lunch/dinner at any time. It is possible to bring a pet under certain conditions. To not bother somebody else we need to assure, that some conditions are fulfilled: - the pet has to stay in the bedroom, while here - the pet has to be silent (barking dogs can not be hosted) - only one pet can be brought with (because of limited space) - In addition, we kindly ask you to reconcile with us before booking that you bring your pets with you. Although hosting a pet always acompanies a higher workload in terms of cleaning afterwards, we are happy to give you a chance to travel with your pet. Therefore we hope you show understanding for the above mentioned conditions.
