Cosy nice small room in our house in countryside

--- The house is just tooooo big for my son Leon (18) and me (52). So we offer two rooms to guests now and than. This Room has a 100x200cm comfortable real bed. The cosy small 12qm room has own washing facilitie, room for your personal things and a Window from which you can see the beautiful green of our country home. Also you can park your car directly outside in front of the window. You may use our WIFI for free and help yourself for coffee or tee in the kitchen. Our house is out in the countryside and will allow you if you travel for work at Arvato or other to relax and rest. A small dog is allowed but please accept that we have cats. Our guests love to go running in the evening or take a walk. Your will share the bathroom with us or feel free to sit outside on the veranda. If you like we have a bike you can use to see the country side. As I work during daytime you will see my son leon more often. Both of us will not step on your nerves - we promise. Nobody arround to bother you! Unfortuately nothing else but a BUS to Guetersloh and that is 3 km walk away so you will need a car or bike to reach train station. There are 3 adult cats living outside in a lage cage during the day but come inside at evening and night. They are not allowed to enter the guest rooms but if you are allergic we better warn ....
