This waterfront home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on Fourth Lake/Eagle Creek. The house has a beautiful view of the creek out to Fourth Lake. The property is private and comes with a dock and boathouse on Eagle Creek which leads directly into Fourth Lake. Bring your boat, jet skis or other watercraft! Kayak and stand up paddleboard included with the rental. Home is located just off Trail 5 (right near Big Moose Yamaha), close to the TOBIE trail and all the other great hiking and snowmobile trails Old Forge has to offer. Outdoor deck overlooking the creek and lake with BBQ grill, Adirondack chairs and lounge chairs. Ample room for car and snowmobile trailer parking. Large, spacious floorplan makes the house a great gathering spot for large groups or families. The home has an open kitchen, dining/living floor plan where multiple people can comfortably gather. Fully equipped kitchen that was recently completely renovated. 4 bedrooms in total: Master bedroom on main level with Queen bed and full private master bathroom. Second bedroom with a Queen bed right next to the full hall bathroom. Third bedroom on 3rd floor with a Full bed and Twin bed, with a private full bathroom. Fourth bedroom on lower level with a Queen bed and a Bunk Bed with a Full bottom bunk and Twin top bunk. Sleeping/bed space for 12 people. Great WiFi and cell phone reception! Washer and dryer on premises. $500 returnable security deposit required. Guests must provide their own sheets, pillows, towels and beach towels. Blankets, comforters are provided. Check in is at 4:00pm, check out is at 11:00am. Summer rentals: 7 day rentals only, Saturday to Saturday only. Please note: while prior reviews mention a pontoon boat rental, it is not currently being offered for rent. You can however rent a boat from a local marina and park it at the boathouse or bring your own!
