Jaybird residence - spacious house near Sigulda

Our house is a family business, our value is to treat our guests just as we want to be treated when traveling. We hope our house will make you feel at home and relaxed, so you can fully enjoy your holidays. Picturesque town of Sigulda is just 8 minutes drive away, Turaida Castle and Gutmana cave can be reached in 2 - 3 minutes. Either it is hiking, skiing, biking, boating, golf or other activities - everything is near. And you will have 5000m2 yard for your own recreational activities. You will have all essentials needed for a stay - including full, equipped kitchen, washing machine with dryer, towels and bed linens. It is even possible to order a tasty birthday (or any other special event) cake from local produce, made by the host! :) In case you travel with special equipment (bobsleigh, luge, bicycles etc.), we can offer additional space for a friendly extra charge (extra person :)) in heated, secured garage (attached to the house). If the weather is nice, outside terrace with a coal bbq is available. We can arrange as well a picnic bag. Secret: your host can create great picnic meal for you, probably you should ask :) If you enjoy art, just next door is the hidden pearl - white wall studio, where the host gets creative and different types of art pieces are born. All the artworks and decorations in the property are original work of your host Liga :) Guests have access to the whole property and yard. Storage space for special equipment (cycles, luge, bobsled etc) available for extra charge. We will be near and available if you have any questions or need an advice. We can offer as well a lift or transfer (up to 4 people). The hidden pearl - White Wall Art studio is just next door. You can enjoy artworks of the host in your holiday house and see more visiting the art studio. The location is just outside Turaida and car, moto or bicycles are essential.
