Villa Nynorrgård is renovated in 2016, three bedrooms, a living room with a fire place, a modern kitchen, a private laundry room, two toilets, a clean sauna with bathroom, and a terrace. We provide Wi-Fi and four bicycles to the guests. Villa Nynorrgård is in the idyllic Chapel Harbor at the western site of the Hanko peninsula. Several interesting sights within hundreds of meters at a walking distance. 200 m to the east is the Chapel Harbor, a traditional fisherman’s village today characterized by the red fishermen‘s sheds. 200 meters to the north is a giant’s kettle or pothole formed when the glacier-water from the melting glaciers of the ice age made rocks rotate for a long period of time. Further to the south are the Gunnarstrand and Tulliniemi long sandy beaches suitable for sunbathing, surfing, bird-watching or hiking. The Tulliniemi guided walk takes you to the southernmost part of mainland Finland. About 270 bird species are spotted yearly on the cape of Hanko. There are 15 information signs along the nature path, about the precious environment and about the rich cultural heritage of shipping and war history. Nearest beach 200 m.
