If rustic charm and the countryside are what you a looking for then my house is what is desired. Simply furnished, comfortable and great for stopping at when going across Eastern Europe or quiet retreat to stay at. My home is simple and easily accessible. It is good for stopping over whilst travelling towards Bulgaria, Greece etc. When weather is colder I have a wood burning stove to heat the house and your toes. It has one bedroom that sleeps four and living space that has a couch that is a bed also. There is an apple orchard at the rear of the property that guests may walk around. Guests are welcome to enjoy the space. Guests are able to use patio space and have put a bench near steps to sit and If you smoke it is designated area to smoke in. I live in the uk but my neighbour Martina helps me with the hosting. She is friendly and helpful. We both can be contacted. There is a restaurant near the old little church in Batrina called Gaj. If coming from the motorway you drive past it. There is a small supermarket in the village. There also an ice cream and hamburger shop that also does coffee and beer. Opposite the supermarket there is a pub. In Nova Kapela there is a pharmacy and doctors as well as butchers, bakeries, some smaller food shops and hardware shop. There is a shop called Suzana that sells basic clothes and bits for the kitchen. There is a market once a week and also people selling produce from their homes like fruit and vegetables. You can park in front of my property. If you want to park inside when ground is wet it can get boggy so be aware. The train station is a 15 minute walk from the house and bus stop is 5 min walk in the village. There is parking at the local shops . When using the electric griddle and the electric frying pan guests must clean them afterwards for the next guests. Please leave sheets in the bathroom in laundry basket.
