Romantic&cosy Bungalow on the lake with art studio

Relax into nature, take a break from wifi and melt into this cosy and romantic space by yourself or with your partner. You can watch the sunset every night while sitting curled up on the sofa out on the balcony overlooking the lake. You have full access to the art studio. There is a desk, paint brushes and pencils as well as an easle and lots of art books. You are right on the water and super close to a pier. Jump into the lake and leave your holiday feeling relaxed, nourished and loved. The bungalow set up to make you feel like you are stepping into a mini-paradise wrapped in love, nature and creativity. Every room is an invitation to slow down and the celebrate the moment. I designed this summer house to make you feel like you have full permission to awaken the artist inside of you. You can spend hours reading books, exploring art materials, listening to quite music or simply do nothing but drinking tea while watching birds and clouds pass by on the balcony. There is no wifi and there never will be. Nevertheless there is everything you need to feel cosy, peaceful and relaxed. You can even sleep outside on the balcony listening to the water and the wind or wake up upstairs in the most restful bedroom I have ever experienced. You will find card games, badminton and rain boots ... everything you could possibly want to recharge and get inspired by nature and art. ..................................................... This place is NOT for you if: - you want to party - you are loud - don't like peace and quite You have access to the entire bungalow apart from the boat and the boat garage. You also get to use the communal pier overlooking the lake with the option to enjoy the benches and table at the end of the pier. You can sit and enjoy the view or a meal right over the water. Most of the "neighbourhood" are other bungalow owners around 70-80 years of age or their younger family members that have taken over the bungalow from their grand parents. You will most likely meet some of the neighbours during the weekend ... not so many during the week. In general it is a very quiet and relaxed place. During lunch time 12:20-14:30pm and after 10pm visitors are asked to be extra quiet. Your direct neighbours are very friendly. My family has been friends with them for many years. Nevertheless you will most likely not have much contact with them. The walls of the bungalow are not the most sound proof, but it's not much different to living in a city apartment. The chances that someone is living in the bungalow right next to your's are there are not very high, but I cannot promise anything. You can sometimes overhear some of the conversations of other people if you sit outside on the verandas, but the wind and birds take over most of the human voices. If you prefer a super sound proof bedroom this is not the right place for you unless you come when the weather is not the best or towards the beginning or the end of the summer. During those times you will be almost in complete solitude. The easiest way to get to and from the bungalow is by car. You can also take a train to Malchin or Waren/Mueritz and then continue with a bus or cab. The buses only run on a very limited time schedule. Once you are at the bungalow you can take many walks through the forrest and find beautiful spots to go for a swim. If you don't want to go far, you can jump into the lake only 50m away from your bungalow at the end of the private pier that belongs our little community. If you bring your bike you can ride through the forrest to Basedow, which is a wonderful small village with cafes and restaurants or to the camping site close by called Malchiner See with a sandy beach and a small kiosk. You can also hire a stand up paddle board (SUB) from Malchin and explore the lake during sunset or any other time of the day when the lake is calm and looks like a mirror.
