Traditional stone-built Marilia summer house is situated in a secluded estate overlooking the Aegean Sea and offers breathtaking panoramic views to Artemona, Kastro and the nearby islands. Situated just 350m from the center of the picturesque village of Exambela on the Island of Sifnos, Marilia summer house is secluded and accessible only by foot (or motorbike, or bicycle). It is not far though from the parking area of Exambela village (10 minute walk 350 meters) and Apollonia downtown centre (20 minutes walk, 850 meters). The house is built in accordance to the traditional Greek architecture with luxurious twists (terracotta and wooden floors, Italian tile bathrooms) and offers all basic amenities. It is surrounded by a garden fully integrated in the Cycladic landscape and the natural terrain of the island, full of olive trees, roses, citrus and fig trees, a large vineyard and many aromatic plants of the Mediterranean. The garden also offers abundant spots for relaxation. There is also a LAPPSET of Finland playground area with safety tiles for the kids to play. On the Estate there is also a little church dedicated to Virgin Mary. Travelling by conventional car ferry takes about 5 hours whilst by the high speed ferry, operational only during the summer period, duration of travel is about 3.5 hours.
