Friendly Frear Park Neighborhood.

Conveniently located, quiet, safe, dead end street. This bright & clean apartment is decorated with guests in mind. It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Troy & right across the street from Frear Park. Featuring 2 big bedrooms. One is set with a large TV (with an Amazon fire stick including Netflix, also note that there is a small scratch on the tv screen), comfy queen sized bed, vanity, ottoman, alarm clock, night tables & large walk in closet. The other bedroom has a comfy full sized bed, nightstand, office desk & chair & large closet. The sunroom is a personal favorite, kick back & relax in one of the numerous comfy chairs, lay your feet up on the ottoman & enjoy a lovely view of the backyard where you can watch a variety of pretty birds feed. You can also feel free to access the backyard where there is a spacious deck. A large table & several chairs will be on the deck during Spring, Summer & Fall seasons. Full sized grill may be available upon request with advanced notice. The bathroom has a tub/shower & comes stocked with most necessities, including shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, soap, etc. The living room has a 42 inch HDTV with an Amazon Firestick including Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max & Disney+, large sectional couch, ottoman & adjustable lighting to suite your mood & comfort. The Kitchen comes stocked with coffee, tea, water, etc. The coffee maker brews KCups. You will also find the kitchen comes equip with a toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans & some other cooking essentials. Waffle maker may be available upon request with advanced notice. There is always plenty of parking directly out front, with out restrictions. Please do not park in the driveway. Guests have access to the front porch, entire 2nd floor apartment, the backyard (be careful of the dogs marked territory, I try my best to keep up) & the deck. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard by the fountain or the upper deck. Please read the rules before booking to be sure you are in agreement & it doesn't come as a surprise upon arrival. The rules & guidelines will be posted on the fridge for all to observe, please make sure all guests reads & follow the rules/guidelines. The guest that has booked with me is responsible any guests that join them, making sure that all guests abide by the rules & takes care of my home. Guests can check themself in with the August app, you will receive check in instructions automatically from airbnb 3 days prior to your arrival. I live on the first floor, I am almost always available if you have any questions or need anything & I will have a caretaker available if I am not. I would appreciate if you contact me with any generic questions between the hours of 8AM-11PM but do not hesitate to reach out any time for anything urgent. I require all guests be over the age of 21 unless they have adult supervision. The person who makes the reservation with me must be present unless we have made prior arrangements. If you do not have adequate profile photos & complete verifications, I will require an ID upon arrival before check in. !!!!!Please make sure you & all guests are aware of all of our house rules, you can find them listed on my site, or posted on the refrigerator in the kitchen, reach out to me to ask me any questions if you do not understand or need assistance!!!! There is only 4 guests allowed on the premises unless preregistered; unregistered, non-paying visitors of any kind on the premises or parties, consequence for immediate cancellation of the reservation. We can discuss adding up to 2 more guests, equaling 6 people total for $25 per person after 4. Conveniently located just 1.2 miles from RPI, 1.7 miles to Russell Sage College, 1.5 miles to the Farmers Market & many popular restaurants & just a half mile to Route 7 (Hoosick St.) which is an easy access to 787 & the Northway with approximately 10 minutes to drive to Albany & 30 minutes to Saratoga & the track. Frear Park is absolutely beautiful & is directly across the street from the apartment. There you can find a full 18 hole golf course & a tennis court. It is a great place to bring the kids to the playground, go fishing, hiking, biking or wine & dine at Frear Park pub, they have a great menu & patio & it is all just a short walk away. In the winter time, activities in Frear Park include sledding on the golf course & ice skating in the rink. Looking to Ski/snowboard? Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is only 45 minutes away. Local bus transportation is around the corner on 15th Street. Also Uber & Lyft is easily accessible. Need a ride to or from the airport, grocery store or an event but would prefer not to use a cab? I would be happy to negotiate & make arrangements for transportation for a reasonable fee. I also offer grocery delivery services. Have pets that need boarding? I am a huge pet lover, I would allow them in the rental but I would have to worry about future guests with allergies, however they would be welcome to stay downstairs. I have ample experience with all pets from the time I was a child, I have worked in a kennel for many years & currently have 3 small dogs & 2 cats of my own. They all have been adopted from the animal hospital I had worked in the past & they have great social skills. Your pet would feel like they're on a vacation too for just $25 per night.
