The Annex in a quiet residential area
Accommodation comprises a serviced modern self-catering detached annex purpose built with high quality furniture and fixings. It features a bedroom, shower room , open plan sitting room (with bed settee) with kitchen and a dining conservatory opening to small sunny patio with BBQ, patio furniture and sunbeds. There is off-street parking available. Unfortunately the Annex is not available for TT fortnight 2022. There are 2 TVs with DVD players, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners. The kitchen contains multi function microwave, induction hob, fridge, slow cooker, sandwich toaster and is very well equipped. A generous welcome pack is provided. The hosts may be available to collect you from the Airport or Sea Terminal if you have daytime transport and are available for queries throughout your stay. There is full range of literature from the Tourist Board . There is a pub, Indian restaurant, the Kings Spa and restaurant and the Onchan park within walking distance. The local village store is 10 minutes walk. The property is in walking distance of Douglas Seafront with bus and electric tram stops within a 5 minute walk
