Close to the best dining Farmington has to offer, you may not choose to use the fully stocked kitchen but its there if the quiet meal at home is more your style. Sit back and relax on your private Lanai and watch the sun rise or set as you feel like you are all alone in nature. This is a newly renovated Large one room studio featuring a queen size bed, full kitchen, dining table and full bath. Laundry facilities are attached with everything you need to get your clothes sparkly clean at no cost to you. The main house and detached guest house is located on two and a half wooded acres that makes it feel rural while still being within 3 minutes of 20 plus dining choices as well as the Animas Valley Mall We have a busy but flexible schedule and are happy to involve ourselves with our guests to their comfort level. We have lived in the area for over twenty years so we are always happy to give away the local secrets to our new friends. We are located on the east side of Farmington, minutes from the college and a minute to the pinion hills by-pass. 15 minutes to Aztec. You almost have to have a car, there are a few taxi services in town and we are close enough to the amenities , that a bike will get you where you need to go. It would be a little steep climb on a bike coming back. Sure you can borrow a cup of sugar just give us a call and if we have it we will be glad to help make your recipe perfect without having to buy everything you have at home.
