We are located in a green residential area in the South of Landshut Just leaving our house you can enjoy having a walk in mother nature If weather is fine you can reach the old city of Landshut by walking close to a small stream leading to river Isar - always keep walking along the river - and you´ll arrive in less than 20 minutes in our Gothic City : a pleasant walk! On the other hand of side: we´re excellently connected to the federal roads leading to the Autobahn to Munich or to the South (Chiemsee etc...) trainstation SÜDBAHNHOF is just a 10 minutes walk (1 minute by car) away :you can use the train to discover SALZBURG bus station (to Center) just around the corner : 2 bus lines! one hour drive to Munich - Regensburg - Passau - Chiemsee 4 hours to Vienna and Prague train to SALZBURG is just a 10 minutes walk -3 dogs in our apartment (ground level) - there´s the railways beneath our house but only a few trains passing by - !! ANY RACIST OR FASCIST MINDSET IS NOT ACCEPTED HERE !! - :: !!
